These Terms are an agreement between you and Blogger Manager (Giao Diện Blog, domain giaodienblog.vn) governing your use of our website, web app, Chrome extension and Blogspot themes (together, the "Service"). How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing, signing in to, purchasing from or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You must be at least 16 years old; if you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Description of the Service
- Web app and Chrome extension: manage Blogspot blogs like an online-store admin — posts, products with variants and prices, static pages, labels and label SEO, images, blog settings, data and theme import/export.
- Orders and forms: receive orders, contact forms and custom forms from your blog and send notifications through the email/Telegram channels you configure.
- Blogspot themes: ready-made themes sold with file delivery after payment.
- Custom design: we take requests; scope, price and timeline are agreed separately for each project.
Blogger Manager is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google. Blogger and Blogspot are trademarks of Google LLC.
3. Accounts and Google sign-in
- You sign in with your Google Account. You are responsible for keeping your Google Account secure and for all activity under your account.
- Buying a theme requires signing in so the order is linked to your account and you can review your purchase history and re-download files at any time.
- Please notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access to your account.
4. Access to your blog
To manage your blog, you grant the Service access to Blogger through Google. The Service only performs actions on your blog when you request them (e.g. clicking Save, Publish, Delete). You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; features that need Blogger access will then stop working.
You should back up your blog regularly (e.g. using the Import / Export page). Actions such as permanent deletion, theme replacement and settings changes are performed for real on Blogger and may not be reversible.
5. Fees
- The Blogger Manager extension and the blog management web app are free to use; no plan or subscription is required.
- We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms (see Termination) — a blocked account cannot use the extension or the web app.
- We may change features or introduce paid features in the future; we will give notice beforehand and changes will not apply retroactively.
6. Theme purchases and payment
6.1. Ordering
The price shown on the product page is the final price in Vietnamese dong at the time of ordering. Please provide an accurate phone / Zalo number so we can support you when needed.
6.2. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer using the VietQR code, with the order code as the transfer description. The system reconciles and confirms the order automatically when the money arrives. The QR code is valid for the period shown on the order page; late transfers or transfers with a wrong description are handled manually when you contact us with proof of payment.
6.3. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you download the theme file (.zip with instructions) from the order page or from your purchase history. For products without a downloadable file, we contact you via the email / phone number you provided.
6.4. Refunds
Themes are digital goods delivered instantly, so refunds are not provided once the file has been downloaded, except when: the file is defective or not as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report; you made a duplicate payment or overpaid; or the order was paid but we could not deliver the product. 7. Theme license
- Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on your own blog or on one blog of a client you provide services to.
- You may customize the layout, content, colors and logo as you need.
- You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the theme files (original or modified), or upload them to other theme stores or template marketplaces.
- We retain all intellectual property rights in the theme.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate the laws of Vietnam or your place of residence, or the Blogger Content Policy and Google's Terms;
- publish or sell prohibited goods or content, scams, or content infringing others' copyright or privacy;
- send spam or collect other people's data unlawfully;
- attack, scan, disrupt or bypass the security or limits of the Service, or automate access at a rate that overloads it;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or the extension.
We may block accounts or individual blogs that violate these rules.
9. Your content
You retain all rights to the content on your blog and the data you put into the Service, and you are responsible for that content. You allow us to process it to the extent necessary to provide the Service (e.g. sending posts to Blogger, rendering product HTML, storing orders).
10. Your blog visitors' data
When your blog collects orders / form submissions through the Service, you are the controller of your visitors' data and are responsible for informing visitors about the collection (e.g. a privacy policy on your blog), using the data only for its intended purpose, and responding to visitors' requests under data protection law. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on Google (Blogger, the Blogger API, Google Account) and other providers (banks, VietQR, email servers, Telegram). We do not control these services; when Google changes Blogger or its APIs, some features may be temporarily unavailable until updated. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
12. Intellectual property
The source code, interface, brand, themes and documentation of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time: revoke Google access, remove the extension and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, when required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.
- On termination, licenses for themes you validly purchased remain in effect, unless termination is due to a breach of section 7.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or lost data arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, or from changes made by Google or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they will be brought before the competent authorities in Vietnam. If there is any inconsistency between the Vietnamese and English versions, the Vietnamese version prevails.
